Bond Anticipation Note (BAN) Sale – October 2025 2025- 2026 Reason the Capital Code of Water District 1 was doubled on the 2026 Budget • BAN for Water Tank Repairs AND Phase 1 of Waterline Replacements sold effective 10/2/25 at a 3.49% interest rate which is less than the 2024 rate of 3.69% • Interest due 10/2/26 is $129,863 split across all water funds with the majority hitting District 1. • Principal payment on the water tank portion due in 2026 will be $35,000 split across all water funds as well as the first principal payment will be due on Phase 1 in the amount of $96,000 paid solely by District 1 & 1 Ext. 149
