Water Tank Generator Upgrades The Town was contacted in August 2024 by ECWA that the existing emergency generators at the Rice Hill Tank (District 2) and Wohlheuter Tank (District 3) were in need of replacement due to age and availability of repair parts. The estimated project cost was $108,108 for both replacement generators and ECWA had slotted this project for 2025. The Town Board approved this project on 8/14/24 with costs planned to be worked into the 2025 budget. Both generators were put into services the week of 9/22/25. Final total came in significantly under budget at $64,032 (paid to ECWA in January 2026) 182
