EXPERIENCE

Small Project Highlights
While CPL has a strong desire to complete the big projects, it is the small projects that build relationships and
help set us apart from other firms. These projects can take a lot of effort, but CPL realizes that municipalities don’t
have large budgets to implement the small projects. This requires efficiency and a well-run team. Some examples
of recent small projects include the following:

  CLIENT PROJECT FEE

The Village needed assistance with obtaining funding related to the
water system and WWTP. CPL completed the evaluations, prepared
Village of Alfred $10,000
reports, and helped the Village successfully obtain significant grant
  funding for both projects.

CPL provided the necessary design, permitting and construction
Town of Barre administrative services for the installation of approximately 2,500 $9,550
linear feet of new 8” PVC water main along Eagle Harbor Road.

CPL assisted with the design, bidding, and construction services
Town of Bethany related to the replacement of the septic system for the Town Hall. $5,000
The Town used ARPA funds to complete the project.

Design, bidding, and construction services related to an emergency
water main replacement. CPL also led the effort to obtain 100% grant
Village of Canisteo $10,000
funding. The project was completed in less than 6-months, including
  funding.

CPL provided architectural services related to the replacement of the
City of Corning $5,250
  roofing systems at the WWTP.

CPL helped the Town obtain funding for the construction of a new
Town of Leicester salt storage facility. CPL also handled the design, bidding, and $19,500
  construction services.

The Town requested that CPL assist with obtaining WIIA funding in
2022 for the North End Water District. Within a 2 month period, CPL
Town of Pomfret $8,000
provided the report, environmental review, and assisted with the
grant application. The Town was successful.
