1. Company Information GHD Consulting Services Inc. (GHD) is pleased to present our Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the Town of West Seneca (Town) in response to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional engineering services associated with a range of potential future water and wastewater projects that range in complexity from simple pipe repairs to large model evaluations. Our SOQ has been prepared to highlight the varied engineering services we can offer the Town, our proposed team’s qualifications, relevant water distribution and wastewater collection system project experience, and experience with New York State funding programs, as well as our proven approach to completing sanitary sewer evaluation surveys, new water/sewer systems, and other infrastructure projects that may be needed. 1.1 About GHD Established in 1928, GHD is a global professional services company that provides engineering, environmental, advisory, digital and construction services to private and public sector clients.
