Subject: 2026 Statewide Community Regrants (SCR) Decision

  Dear Town of Boston:

The grant review panel for the 2026 Statewide Community Regrants (SCR) grants,
along with Arts Services Inc. and its Board of Directors, have completed their review
and evaluation of your application for funding. It is with sincere regret that I inform
you that your application for Town of Boston Arts Council 2026 Summer Concert
Series has not been selected for this round of funding.

In addition to arts funding cuts, we received a significant number of requests for funding this year
and were only able to fund 20% of the applications based on the funding we had available.
Please know this decision has no bearing on the value of the work you are doing for the
  community.

The panel’s feedback on your application is available in the grants portal. You can find the
feedback document on your applicant dashboard under "Documents uploaded by
Administrator." The comments from the panel provide valuable insight into the grant making
process and will allow you to submit a stronger application in the future.
