COMMISSIONER DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS May 20, 2026 CERTIFICATE AND NOTICE OF RESTRICTION STATE OF NEW YORK: COUNTY OF ERIE: } SS This is to certify that the Commissioner Highways has jurisdiction of the highways of the County of Erie and does hereby restrict traffic patterns for that portion of the highway in the Town of Boston, said County, known as Erie, and described as follows: Restriction: The portion of Boston State Road (CR-227) from Zimmerman Rd. (CR-437) to Mill St. will have a single lane restriction. This restriction will begin June 15, with an anticipated completion date of July 3, or until complete. This restriction is for the purpose of milling and overlay. ECDPW Hamburg Maintenance Bam. will be performing the work. A restriction is executed under Article V, Section 104A of the Highway Law in order to permit a proper completion of work of improvement thereon.
