NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Boston hereby adopts a local law extending the moratorium on battery energy storage systems for an additional six (6) months from the effective date of the local law; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized to take any such actions necessary to effectuate the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
