TOWN OF BOSTON – RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 45 AUTHORIZING THE PROCUREMENT OF THE 2026 INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION FIREWORKS DISPLAY WHEREAS, the Town of Boston desires appropriately to commemorate Independence Day and to include a Fourth of July fireworks display in its commemoration; and WHEREAS, the Town solicited proposals from fireworks display vendors for the display and results are seen below; Company Name Quote Skylighters of New York, LLC $15,000.00 Young Explosives Corp. Declined, due to full schedule. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Skylighters of New York, LLC for the production of a Fourth of July fireworks display, at a total cost not to exceed $15,000.00.
