It is anticipated that the 9070 set will be sent to the NYSDEC and other stakeholders for review and approval before the end ofthe year. c. Draft NYSDEC Division of Water Technical & Operational Guidance - Multiple Discharqe Variance (Handout) Mr. Fiegl reviewed the details of a comment letter prepared by the DSM to address the draft Technical and Operational Guidance Series (TOGS) 1.3.10 document associated with Multi Variance Discharge (MVD) parameters for Mercury, for consideration by NYSDEC. On a motion by Mr. Kasprzyk, seconded by Mr. Keding, the Board voted to receive and file the informational items on the agenda. The motion carried, 5 - 0. ITEM NO. 7 _ ADJOURNMENT & NEXT MEETING On a motion by Chairman Kaczor, seconded by Mr. Rood, the Board voted to adjoum the meeting at 8:50 a.m. The motion canied, 5 - 0.
