system will continue to perform as intended---today and well into the future.
Our Recommended Solution
We recommend replacing the existing panel with a Simplex 4007ES Hybrid Addressable Fire
Alarm System. Designed specifically for efficient upgrades, the 4007ES installs in the same
wall location as your current panel and integrates seamlessly with your existing field devices
and wiring.
This approach delivers immediate reliability while protecting your investment. The 4007ES
platform offers modern features such as an intuitive color touchscreen interface, enhanced
diagnostics, and built-in flexibility to support future system expansion or conversion to full
addressability---without requiring a complete system overhaul.
Scope of Work
Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP will provide all required equipment, materials, and skilled
labor to complete this upgrade. Our scope includes removal of the existing panel, installation of
Fire, Security, Communications, Sales & Service
