As discussed, a Starlink cellular communicator will be provided and will replace the failed communication device. This configuration will enable full event reporting to the Johnson Controls Central Station, in addition to the existing general fire alarm and trouble signal reporting. Web portal access will be provided to allow authorized updates to the notification call list. Cellular monitoring services will be added to current monitoring agreement at an annual cost of $180.00. Approx cost savings to customer of $200 monthly to maintain copper phone lines. All work will be performed by factory-trained and NICET-certified technicians during standard business hours. Existing devices and wiring will be reused where possible and are assumed to be in acceptable working condition. Any additional repairs or enhancements outside the defined scope can be quoted separately, should they be requested.
