We have the staff capacity, capability and experience to complete the grant required services with cooperation from building owners. We have a full service project team to help you with your project! Staff & Sub Consultant Project Team HRLLC President & Grant Services Manager Alma O’Comnell Brown will work directly with you, leading the HRLLC team who provide support for the Grant Administrative Services. We regularly engage trusted and effective sub-consultants with years of successful experience in this work. Sub Consultant Stohl Environmental LLC: HRLLC understands the HCR requirements for the Enviranmental Programmatic and Site-Specific checklists. We have worked throughout NYS with Stohl Environmental LLC to provide the environmental professional review, reporting and testing that is required for NY Forward projects. We will engage and work with Stohl for this project, providing their expertise as needed based on the scope of work for each project. Because they will be a part of our project team, Village of Gowanda will not be required to solicit an additional RFP for Environmental Services.
