ISSUES OF THE PUBLIC
1. The Board will now entertain public comments for an item on the agenda or for any topic of
concern. Each speaker should state your name and street for the record. Please be respectful in
your comments and do not divulge any personal or confidential information (for example: names,
specific situations, etc.). Speakers should recognize that not all questions or comments can be
answered immediately and may require additional research. It is the Board’s goal to respond in a
  thoughtful, timely, and accurate manner.

Public comment were received as follows:

Beverly Leising, Harwood Road:
- Is waiting for a response to her question regarding the Civic and Patriotic Commission, specifically
requiring financial reporting and would like to know their profit - Councilmember Breidenstein stated
the commission must file a 990 Form and is not certain if this is available. Supervisor Dickson stated
the next agreement the town makes with the commission will include this requirement. Mrs. Leising
stated she understands the contract expires this year.

A comment from Facebook:

Kylie: Why is the decision delayed on some matters and not others - Supervisor Dickson stated some
decisions are based on complicated matters; the chickens were thoroughly discussed. Additional
questions were read regarding process and procedures. She was told to apply for a variance by the
Code Enforcement Office.

James Raymond: When will the vote be made on Kloc's, was the SEQRA not done correctly -
Supervisor Dickson stated there is not a firm date for the SEQRA and the Town Board wants to
carefully consider all things.
