We sincerely value our relationship with the Town and formally propose to extend our audit contract to provide similar services for each of the next three fiscal years, with the option to extend for an additional two years. As consideration for the extension, we have offered a $0 increase for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026 services. Additionally, we have limited annual increases to just 3.5% for the subsequent years of this agreement. We hope this offer adequately reflects how much we value our relationship with the Town.
