The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. Bids will not be accepted from Bidder’s determined to be a “Non-Responsible Entity” by the New York State Office of General Services. This Project is a “Covered Project” under New York State Labor Law 220-I and the Bidder must hold a valid Certificate of Registration from the New York State Department of Labor to submit a Bid and at all times for the duration of the Work. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that have not registered or that have been barred from competing on public works under General Municipal Law 5A-103-b.
