Page 2 of 3 Pages New York State Department of Motor Vehicles POLICE ACCIDENT REPORT Accident Description/Officer’s Notes Accident Description/Officer’s Notes V1 was facing east on Girard Ave stopped at the stop sign at Pine St, anticipating to make a left turn onto Pine St. V2 was traveling north on Pine St, and began to make a left turn onto Girard Ave. As V2 was turning left, V1 accelerated prematurely, failing to yield entirely to V2. V1's front driver-side bumper struck V2's rear driver-side tail light area. No parties sustained injury as a result of the collision and all declined medical evaluation on scene. V1 sustained a large scrape to the front driver-side bumper. V2 sustained heavy damage to the rear driver-side tail light and the entire rear bumper. Both vehicles were drivable from the scene.
