Lusk Esq., project attorney for small wireless facility at the utility pole at 340 Prospect Ave. The application referred to as the “Oakleeds Micro” is for a micro cell wireless telecommunication antenna and associated equipment on an existing 38.5’ high NYSEG owned utility pole. This small wireless facility will have an antenna mounted approximately 29.2’ from grade and associated equipment mounted to the utility pole with an aggregate volume of less than 28 cubic area. Village Village Code section 270-4A requires the application to be referred to the Planning Commission for their review and recommendation. After which a public hearing is required prior to a decision by the Village Board. VEA code 285-51.6A. This is an Unlisted action for purposes of SEQR.
