The Village shall not guarantee the survival of any memorial tree. The Village may select a different species, size or location where the original selection or location is determined to be unsuitable. After two years, the Village shall have no obligation to replace a memorial tree that dies, becomes diseased, is damaged, or is removed for any reason.
