The Site Plan relating to the proposed project at 30 Buffalo Road, East Aurora, New York, wherein the applicant proposes a micro cell wireless telecommunication antenna and associated equipment on an existing 43’ high NYSEG-owned utility pole, as detailed on documents submitted with the application, is hereby approved and is subject to the following additional conditions: a. ______________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________ 4. The resolution is effective immediately, approving the issuance of a development and construction permit as hereinbefore set forth, subject to compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and codes.
