RESOLUTION  September 21, 2026

DECLARE SURPLUS PROPERTY

  Trustee _______, offered the following resolution and moved for its adoption:

BE IT RESOLVED, the Police Department has a 2020 Ford Explorer Police
Interceptors (VIN 1FM5K8AB2LGB66106) for surplus property to be auctioned off in
the next 90 days.

  The foregoing resolution was seconded by Trustee _______ and unanimously
approved.
