  TOWN OF CONCORD
  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Concord, will be
holding a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. at the Concord
Town Hall, 86 Franklin Street, Springville, New York, to consider the application of
Frank Giordano. The property is located at 11998 Trevett Road, Town of Concord, New
York (SBL#305.00-2-41.12) to obtain a Special Use Permit under Section 150-179 for
the purpose of a conducting his excavation business at this location.

All interested parties will be heard at that time.

Dan Hoffman, who owns property at 11454 Wyandale Road, Concord had a
couple of questions for the Board. He asked what the Special Use Permit was for.
Council Member Drake explained that Mr. Giordano started accumulating items on
his property for his business, so the Planning Board advised Mr. Giordano what his
options were for conducting business on his property. Mr. Hoffman stated that he has
no issues with anything that Mr. Giordano is doing on his property. He feels like
there are a lot of small-town politics going on in the area of his and Mr. Giordano’s
properties. Any time Mr. Hoffman wants to do anything to his property he feels like
the neighbors in the area have something to say about it. Supervisor Drozd asked Mr.
Hofman if he has ever applied for any permits for any business he is interested in
doing-no he has not. Supervisor Drozd let Mr. Hofman know if he would like to
submit plans to the CEO or a request to the Planning Board or Town Board and he
  will be heard.

Drake, seconded by Council Member Zittel, to close the Public Hearing at 8:15 a.m.
