RESOLUTION: BUDGET TRANSFER Mo on made by and seconded by to approve the following Budget Transfer for Budget Year 2026: BUDGET TRANFER: A FUND: From: A1355.400 Assessor Contractual To: A1355.110 Assessor - BAR $ 3.00 RESOLUTION: ACCEPT TOWN OF COLLINS 2025 AUDIT REPORT WHEREAS, the Town has retained Drescher & Malecki, LLP to complete the annual nancial audits, and WHEREAS, Drescher & Malecki, LLP submi ed their Financial Audit Report for 2024 and presented their ndings to the Collins Town Board on June 8, 2026. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Collins Town Board acknowledges that the nancial records of the Town have been audited and that the Town Board accepts the audit report for the year ending December 31, 2025, prepared by Drescher & Malecki, LLP. RESOLUTION: ACCEPT TOWN JUSTICE 2025 AUDIT REPORT WHEREAS, the N.Y.S. Uni ed Court System’s “Ac on Plan” for the Jus ce Courts includes ini a ves to improve accountability and controls over Jus ce Court nances and records, and WHEREAS, Sec on 2019-a of the Uniform Jus ce Court Act requires that town and village jus ces annually provide their court records and dockets to their respec ve town and village audi ng boards, and that such records then be examined or audited, and WHEREAS, the Collins Town Board has retained the rm of Drescher & Malecki, LLP to audit the towns nancial records, including those of the town jus ce. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Collins Town Board acknowledges that the records of Town Jus ces Walter Cain and Melissa Zi el have been audited and that the Town Board hereby accepts the audit report for the year 2025, as prepared by Drescher & Malecki, LLP.
