Resolu ons 1/12/26 WHEREAS, the Town Board nds that it is in the best interests of the Town to proceed as indicated in this Resolu on and authorize nego a ons with the quali ed rms in order to enter into a professional services agreement for the Services. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF COLLINS AS FOLLOWS: Sec on 1. Nego a ons Authorized with MDA Consul ng Engineers, PLLC for services related to the Town’s Sanitary Sewer Study. The Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to nego ate a professional services agreement with MDA Consul ng Engineers, PLLC, including a scope of services and fees for the Services and, if necessary, authoriza on is granted to readver se for addi onal engineering proposals if successful nego a ons cannot be completed with the rm. Sec on 2. Implementa on. The Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to take any further ac on as necessary to implement the purposes of this Resolu on. Sec on 3. E ec ve Date.
