Village of Gowanda Board Meeting Minutes February 10, 2026 The Village of Gowanda Board of Trustees meeting was called to order by Mayor Nephew at 6:00 PM. Present: Mayor Mark Nephew, Trustee Peter Sisti, Trustee Paul Zimmermann, Trustee Wanda Koch, Trustee Carol Sheibley Employees: Clerk Danielle Wagner, Treasurer Traci Hopkins, WWTP Supervisor Andy Carriero, OIC Ross Olszewski, Code George Poff, Jason Pickering Absent: Highway Supervisor Adam Reid, Water Supervisor Kirk Trumpore, Attorney Deb Chadsey Public Present: GARC-Sean Chirstopher, Rob Gaylord, Mike Hutchinson Agenda & Minutes Motion 2-143-Motion by Trustee Zimmermann, seconded by Trustee Koch to approve the agenda for the February 10, 2026 meeting. Motion carried. Motion 2-144-Motion by Trustee Sisti, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to approve the minutes from the January 13, 2026 meeting. Motion carried. Public Participation No public comment Correspondence • CDBG St Johns Park improvements-splash pad awarded at $150,000. • CDBG Hollywood Theater stage improvements letter-not funded • ZBA minutes from 1/29/26 meeting Official Business Treasurer Motion 2-145-Motion by Trustee Koch, seconded by Trustee Sheibley to approve the 2026-2027 Budget draft 1. Motion carried. Motion 2-146-Motion by Trustee Zimmermann, seconded by Trustee Sisti to approve the Peter Cooper 2026 budget transfer of $3,286.55 to the OM & M Trust for anticipated operating expenses. Motion carried. Motion 2-147-Motion by Trustee Sisti, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to approve the Fire Protection contract renewal 2027-2029 Town of Persia District 1 & District 2. Motion carried.
