We are pleased to issue a payment, in the amount of $4,196.58, representing the repair costs based on the attached appraisal prepared by Heavy Truck & Fire Apparatus. The check will be mailed separately. Your policy contains a Deductible Waiver provision. Our records show that your organization has not had any paid Physical Damage Coverage losses within three successive policy periods insured. with us. Therefore, the $1,000.00 policy deductible has been waived. Please provide a copy of the appraisal and this letter to your selected repairer before repairs commence.
