Peak Load Capacity Based on the post development conditions, we believe that the new development may be able to be serviced without any upgrades needed to the existing circuit. The most cost-effective solution would be to utilize the existing service, however new transformers and conductors may be required due to the additional load. 5.0 OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST A conceptual construction cost estimate for this project was not developed at this time since the post construction loading is well below the assumed limit for upgrades. Please note that there will be a cost payable to NYSEG/RGE for the installation of service equipment. 6.0 CONCLUSION Based on this evaluation, the proposed project will increase the load on the existing 12.5kV circuit to 56.1% of its capacity. This is below the anticipated maximum peak percentage; therefore, it is our opinion that project can be serviced without additional upgrades from the utility. -3- Utility Grid Capacity Evaluation GCE West Seneca LaBella Project No. 2243432 Page 32 of 110
