PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES OF May 12th, 2026 FRANCHISE AGREEMENT This Franchise Agreement is between the Town of Wales, New York, hereinafter referred to as the “Grantor” and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, locally known as CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS, hereinafter referred to as the “Grantee.” Supervisor Howard called the public hearing to order at 7:00 pm at the Wales Community Center, 12345 Big Tree Road, Wales Center, NY ROLL CALL: Supervisor Howard aye Councilman Newman aye Councilman Gallo aye Councilwoman O’Connor aye Councilman Donald Butcher aye Also present were Town Attorney Phyllis Todoro, and (8) residents whose names are on file. The Town Clerk read the Legal Notice PURPOSE OF HEARING: Supervisor Howard said the renewed agreement is the same agreement we have had in the past. Nothing in the agreement has changed. PUBLIC COMMENTS: none ADJOURNMENT MOTION#__ by Supervisor Howard and seconded by Councilman Newman to adjourn the meeting at 7:04pm. Carried ayes-5 noes-0 Mindy Eaton, Wales Town Clerk
