PUBLIC HEARING Minutes of Intro Local Law 3-2026 Local Law 3-2026 May 12th, 2026 at 7:08pm Comprehensive revisions to Chapter 200 – “Zoning” has been drafted, including updates to bulk and dimensional standards, the Special Use Permit process, site plan review procedures. Supervisor Howard called the public hearing to order at 7:08 pm at the Wales Community Center, 12345 Big Tree Road, Wales Center, NY PRESENT: Taken at prior hearing Supervisor Howard Councilman Newman Councilman Gallo Councilwoman O’Connor Councilman Donald Butcher Also present were Town Attorney Phyllis Todoro, and (8) residents whose names are on file. The Town Clerk read the Legal Notice PURPOSE OF HEARING: Supervisor Howard said this is a general overview of chapter 200, which regulates and restricts the location, size, and use of other buildings and structures, and the use of land within the Town of Wales. Also, the Special Use Permit process, site plan review procedures.
