o I, Mayor Wochensky, hereby appoint Jessica Tufte to the position of Village Administrator for a one- year term ending April 5, 2027, contingent upon her accepting the position. Vote on Motion: Trustee Cameron- Nay Trustee Root - Aye Trustee Bojanowski – Aye Trustee Kamp- Aye Trustee Rabey- Nay Mayor Wochensky – Aye ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Trustee Bojanowski to adjourn the meeting at 8:52pm, seconded by Trustee Kamp and unanimously carried.
