CHANGE ORDER NO .: 2 FILE: 2126.002.002 CONTRACT NO.: I - General Construction e. Supply and install ductwork for the ventilation fans. f. Supply and install additional electrical circuits that were required as part of the final building inspection. g. An existing concrete slab needed to be removed to allow for the tie-in of the new sanitary line. h. Connect an existing utility sink drain line from the existing Recreation Building into the new sanitary line. Reason for Change Order: a. The Construction Drawings did not include a detail for removing and infilling the two (2) windows in the existing Recreation Building, the infill is required as the windows conflict with the new men's room. b. The Owner removed the preparation of the electric circuits for the hand dryers from the Contract. Circuits were required for LED light fixtures, occupancy sensors and exhaust fans. c. The Owner elected to self-perform the final site restoration and grading; this was removed from the Contract. d. The Owner requested that gutters and snow guards be installed on the roof. e. The Owner requested that ducts for the two (2) new ventilation fans be installed to exhaust out the gable face of the new roof. f. The Owner changed the sink fixtures. The new fixtures require a dedicated power feed circuit. The Building Inspector required the Contractor to add smoke/CO detectors before issuing a Certificate of Occupancy. g. An existing concrete slab was discovered during the excavation needed to be removed to allow for the tie-in of the new sanitary line. h. The Owner requested that the existing utility sink drain line be connected to the new sanitary line.
