The proposed framework would: - combine the existing Hamlin Park and Cazenovia Creek efforts into a single advisory committee; • formally establish committee structure, membership, and responsibilities; • require meeting minutes and written recommendations; • integrate parks and open space planning into the broader comprehensive plan update process; • facilitate public engagement through surveys, meetings, and outreach; • incorporate ADA and accessibility considerations from the outset; and • ensure that major recommendations and consultant selection remain under Board oversight.
