2 VILLAGE OF EAST AURORA | 2026-2027 GIS SERVICES SUBJ ECT: VILLAGE OF EAST AURORA 2026-2027 GIS SERVICES Dear Ms. Jerackas: Wendel is pleased to submit this proposal for professional services associated with the Village of East Aurora’s GIS. Since 2010, Wendel has administered the Village’s GIS, which assists staff with the management of their infrastructure and assets. The following scope of work outlines the annual administrator and GIS data hosting fee for Wendel to manage the Village of East Aurora’s ArcGIS Online Account from June 2026 to May 2027. A. SCOPE OF WORK The following represents our understanding of the scope of services required of Wendel for this term agreement. ArcGIS Online Annual Subscription As of March 2026, the Village has the following license types in their ArcGIS Online annual subscription: Lic en s e Typ e # of Users Cu rren tly A s s ign ed Creator 1 True Capalbo, Wendel Ed itor 1 Christine Cappola Mob ile Worker 2 Jeff Stoll, Brian Halt V iewer 2 Melanie Walker, Maureen Jerackas Task 1 – Annual GIS Data Hosting and ArcGIS Online Administration Wendel will host the Village’s GIS data on our secure ArcGIS Server environment. This data is then served to the Village via Esri’s ArcGIS Online environment. Wendel will host the data and provide the Village with access to their data from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The Village of East Aurora owns any data collected and maintained with this GIS solution. Should the Village want a copy of their GIS data, Wendel will provide an Esri file geodatabase containing all of the Village’s GIS data layers that are maintained on Wendel’s ArcGIS Server. wendelcompanies.com
