3 VILLAGE OF EAST AURORA | 2026-2027 GIS SERVICES Wendel will administer and maintain the Village of East Aurora’s ArcGIS Online account and named users so staff can continue to focus on their daily tasks regarding the Village’s operations. Wendel will provide base layer data updates for the Village’s ArcGIS Online which shall include updates of parcel information and environmental data when available. Task 2 – Trimble Catalyst DA2 Annual Subscription In December 2022, the Village purchased a Trimble Catalyst DA2 GNSS Receiver for GPS data collection. The Trimble Catalyst Receiver is a subscription-based GPS unit, meaning the unit is purchased, and then each year after that, a subscription is paid for the specific accuracy required. The Village is currently subscribed to the sub-meter accuracy (60cm) plan. Below are the subscription plan options that Trimble offers: Please note that the pricing for the annual subscription is subject to price changes that are dictated by Trimble. Task 3 – GIS/GPS Support Services Wendel will provide ongoing GIS/GPS technical support and training for the Village’s GIS solution. The support and training include but are not limited to; training sessions for staff on the use of the GIS Web Map apps and/or mobile GPS, answering technical GIS or database and computer-related questions from staff, providing guidance and recommendations of GIS procedures, and adding new data layers to the GIS Web Map apps and GPS data collection app (Field Maps). The above-listed training and support services may be provided via phone, remote web access and/or site visits. Should any tasks/requested services go above and beyond the yearly allotted GIS/GPS Support budget, Wendel shall prepare a new proposal with an associated fee schedule. wendelcompanies.com
