Re: Temporary Use Permit Request - St. Patrick's Day Event (Saturday, March 21, 2026)

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing on behalf of Riley Street Station to formally request approval for a Temporary
Use Permit for a St. Patrick's Day celebration to be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026.

The purpose of this event is to create a festive community gathering for St. Patrick's Day in
the Village of East Aurora. To our knowledge, no other local venues currently host a St.
Patrick's Day celebration, and our goal is to provide residents and visitors with an enjoyable
and responsible daytime event.

• Event Layout & Use of Space:

We are requesting permission to temporarily close half of our parking lot on the patio side
opposite of the rink, as indicated in the attached diagram. This closure will allow safe
pedestrian use of the space throughout the event.

Two live bands will perform on our existing patio under tents during the day. Additionally,
1-2 tents will be available for guests to gather under while enjoying food, beverages, and
live music.

There will be 4 porte-potties available, as well as our in-restaurant bathrooms.

Music will be provided by two live bands: The Blarney Bunch and Reset to Vinyl.

Neither band is very loud or uses high amplification.
