  §2 14-4  SOLID WASTE  § 2 14-7
  B. Except as otherwise provided for herein, no person shall deposit vehicular tires for collection by the
  Vil lage or its designee.

  C.  No person shall place for collection for disposal by the Village or its designee any dangerous,
  hazardous or chemically toxic wastes, includi ng, but not limited to, the follow ing:

  ( I)  Dangerous wastes: wastes that represent an immediate threat to the safety of Village employees.
