Mr. Rogers clarified that the Applicant does have an active special use permit for the
paint booth and the work done in that building. If the Board is comfortable, they can
authorize Mr. Rogers to draft approval resolutions for the project.

Town Engineer Camie Jarrell added should the Applicant receive site plan approval, the
Engineering Department would review a grading plan for the parking lot and the site.
They would also look at where his roof leaders connect appropriately to the public
system.

Member Chmura asked if the Board confirmed the no outdoor storage requirement on
the previous site plan?

Mr. Passon explained that they do have golf carts on the lot and once they have the
building up, they will be able to store more inside. During the day when they are selling
the carts, they are outside and on display.

The Board authorized Mr. Rogers to move forward with drafting the resolutions.

The project was tabled to the June 17th, 2026 Planning Board meeting.
