SUBJECT:  Director of Recreation Cox re Aquatic safety and swim program
  transition

Requested Action:  To transition the West Seneca Youth and Recreation aquatics department to
  a "Risk Management" partnership with Ellis & Associates (E&A) and Jeff Ellis
  Swimming (JES), establishing a new standard of accountability and
  community safety. The funding is available through the Building Recreation
  Fund account 04000000.20032
