4.28. Short term rental fees

WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Short Term Rental Code establishes that the Town Board set the
application and permit fees, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hamburg Town Board set the non-refundable short
term rental application fee at $500.00 and the non-refundable short term rental permit fee at $1,500.00
for a two-year permit.
