Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 24, 2026 Meeting 4.11. 2026 Association of Towns Legislative Conference WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg is a member of the Association of Town of the State of New York; and WHEREAS, the 2026 Legislative Conference is being held on September 22-23, 2026 in Albany, NY; and WHEREAS, actual and necessary expenses incurred in attending this conference, including the registration fee, are proper municipal charges under Town Law §116 (12) and General Law, §77 (b). NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board does hereby authorize Supervisor Elizabeth Farrell Lorentz to attend the Association of Towns of the State of New York Legislative Conference with the following expenses: Registration: $175.00 Up to three (3) nights Hotel $169.00 per night Three (3) days of Meals @ $65.00 per day BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Board Authorizes either mileage and parking reimbursement or plane fare and ground transportation reimbursement to and from the Conference.
