Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 24, 2026 Meeting 4.12. Out of Town Travel Request – POLICE WHEREAS, the NYS Homeland Security and Emergency Services State Preparedness Training Center is providing Initial Response to Active Shooter Training (IRAS) in Oriskany, NY from Thursday, November 12, 2026 to Friday, November 13, 2026, and; WHEREAS, there is no fee for the training course and free lodging as well as lunches are provided for participants, and; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, the Town Board authorize Officer Madelynne Fusco, Officer Victoria Lakeman, and Officer Kurtiss Driscoll to attend the IRAS Training, with the following expenses: MEALS: 2 days at $48.75 per day (Breakfast/Dinner) = $97.50 – for THREE Officers): $292.50 Money is available in B3120.492 (PD Seminars / Dept Training). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes the use of unmarked Police vehicles for transportation. 42
