4.14. Out of Town Travel Request – POLICE

WHEREAS, the National Computer Forensics Institute (NCFI) is offering the Open-Source Intelligence
Course (OSINT 27-01) from Monday, October 12, 2026 – Friday, October 16, 2026, in Pelham,
Alabama; and

WHEREAS, there is NO COST for LODGING, MEALS, or TRANSPORTATION; and

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, the Town Board authorize Officer William Blette to attend
the Open-Source Intelligence Course (OSINT 27-01) Training at no cost.
