Vernon Sewer District Hamburg, NY 14075 Brief Description of Proposed Action: The proposed project involves manhole repairs and joint lining for the Mount Vernon Sewer District, which consists of a sanitary sewer system that is currently owned, operated, and maintained by the Town of Hamburg, but discharging to the Erie County Sewer District No. 1. Manhole rehabilitation and joint lining will involve trench-less rehabilitation, including lining the inside of the manhole, patching leaks, and installation of water barriers and/or chimney seals.
