Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 10, 2026 Meeting 4.38. Concession Agreement WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg desires to enter into an agreement with Donald Bond d/b/a Bonds Bussin Bites, to operate a refreshment concession at the Hamburg Town Park for a period commencing as soon as all required permits issued by the Erie County Health Department, and insurance certificates are submitted and approved until on or about Labor Day 2026. The vendor will pay the Town $200.00. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Hamburg enter into an agreement with Donald Bond d/b/a Bonds Bussin Bites and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Supervisor Elizabeth Farrell Lorentz is authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the Town of Hamburg, upon review by the Legal Department.
