RESOLVED, that the Town Board approve the out- of -town travel for Highway Superintendent Ed
Hughes to attend the 97th Annual Conference, Education Symposium & Expo on September 28, 2026
through October 2, 2026 in Saratoga Springs New York.

Hotel accommodations:  $804.00

Registration:  700.00

Meal allowance 5 days at $50.00 per day  250.00

Tolls:  30.00 (approximate)

TOTAL:  $1,784.00

Use of a town vehicle is requested.
