Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 10, 2026 Meeting 4.21. Blasdell CDBG Bid Approval WHEREAS, on June 22, 2026 the Hamburg Town Board authorized the Department of Community Development to release and advertise a bid for the 2026 Village of Blasdell CDBG infrastructure project on Labelle Avenue, and WHEREAS, the bids were opened on July 24, 2026 at 10:00 am with the following firms submitting bids: Firm Bid amount E&R General Construction $153,000.00 Milherst Construction $168,001.65 Thomann Asphalt Paving $173,386.68 American Paving & Excavating $209,260.50 D+H Paving, LLC $323,013.69 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Hamburg Town Board authorizes the Department of Community Development to enter into a contract with E & R General Construction to complete the 2026 CDBG funded Village of Blasdell Labelle Avenue project. CDBG funding in the amount of $100,000.00 is available in account CD 52 8662.354. The Village of Blasdell will utilize their funding for the remaining amount. 56
