Town Board of the Town of Hamburg May 18, 2026 Meeting 4.7. CDBG 2026 Agreement - Village of Blasdell WHEREAS, the Village of Blasdell has entered into a Cooperative Agreement with the Town of Hamburg in order to be eligible for funding from the towns Community Development Block Grant program, and WHEREAS, the Village of Blasdell submitted an application for $100,000 in funding from the towns 2026 Community Development Block Grant program for infrastructure reconstruction on LaBelle Avenue within a HUD designated target area in the Village of Blasdell. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be authorized to sign the agreement by and between the Town of Hamburg and the Village of Blasdell for the use of these funds. 28
