Town Board of the Town of Hamburg May 18, 2026 Meeting 4.8. CDBG 2026 Agreement - Village of Hamburg WHEREAS, the Village of Hamburg has entered into a Cooperative Agreement with the Town of Hamburg in order to be eligible for funding from the town’s Community Development Block Grant program, and WHEREAS, the Village of Hamburg is eligible for housing programs, all counseling services, and public services from the towns 2026 Community Development Block Grant program. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be authorized to sign the agreement by and between the Town of Hamburg and the Village of Hamburg for the use of these fund 29
