Town Board of the Town of Hamburg May 18, 2026 Meeting 4.9. CDBG 2026 Agreement - Highway BE IT RESOLVED that the Hamburg Town Board authorizes the Department of Community Development to enter into an intra-departmental contract with the Town of Hamburg Highway Department allowing Highway to complete $100,000.00 in road reconstruction work on Fourth Street, Fifth Street, Sixth Street and Seventh Street within a HUD target area utilizing the towns 2026 CDBG funds. 30
