Town Board of the Town of Hamburg May 18, 2026 Meeting 4.27. Survey Services Town Beach Wall WHEREAS, the Town has plans to work on the brick wall along the right-of-way at the Town beach and must establish the exact location of the wall as it relates to the State right-of-way; and WHEREAS, the Town could not find a survey of the property, which identified the lines and locations; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department obtain a proposal from Nussbaumer & Clake Inc. to complete a survey and prepare a map of the area. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the supervisor to sign the proposal from Nussbaumer & Clarke Inc. in the amount of $3,300.
