SURVEY PROPOSAL Date: April 24, 2026 Town of Hamburg – Engineering Department 6100 South Park Avenue Hamburg NY, 14075 Attn Camie Jarrell RE: Proposal – Right-Of-Way Survey Hamburg Beach – Route 5, Hamburg NY Dear Ms. Jarrell, The following is our proposed scope of work for the above-mentioned project based on your request: Right-Of-Way Survey: • Fieldwork and reconnaissance to survey the existing NYSDOT highway boundary adjacent to the existing masonry wall running along the frontage of the Hamburg Beach property per attached. • Obtain NYSDOT Right of way mapping • Review any available record data including surveys, mapping or title. • Prepare survey to depict the relationship between the highway boundary and the existing wall that runs along the frontage of the Hamburg Beach property.
